Beach Minerals Company Private Limited is a 1.5 MW (2 X 850 Kg/ Hr) gasifier based captive power plant for their own consumption in their manufacturing unit.

- Kandasamy Metal Rolling Mill Private Limited, Palakkad, Kerala. - For Aluminium Melting Application
First gasifier for aluminium melting application on hot gas mode
Kandasamy metals, Palakkad is a 1x100 kg/hr thermal plant on hot gas mode For Aluminium melting application and the first kind of installation with a direct hot gas mode. The highlight is that it is highly cost effective with a low running cost. Return on Investment has already been achieved.

- Beach Minerals Company Private Limited, Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu. - For Fluidized bed Mineral drying application
This is a 600 KW (1 X 200 Kg/Hr) thermal plant on hot gas mode for fluidised bed mineral drying application. It has successfully achieved fluidised bed drier operating pressure more than 750 mmwc. The gasifier system had been designed to overcome the drier pressure and pumped the necessary flow of gas for firing. The plant is currently being operated successfully with 100% diesel replacement and the same product output.

- Beach Minerals Company Private Limited, Tuticorin, Tamilnadu. - For Rotary Kiln Mineral drying application
This is a 1200 KW (1 X 400 Kg/Hr) thermal plant on hot gas mode for rotary kiln for mineral drying application. This has made huge fuel savings with about 2400 liters/day diesel saved every day continuously. The plant operation is efficient an produces the same product output. What makes this even more attractive is that biomass consumption level is only 200–250 kg/hr maximum to replace the 100 lit/hr diesel operation. 100% diesel has been replaced in the system.

Amrita Institute of Medical Science & Research Center, Cochin is a 250 Kg/ Hr thermal plant on hot gas mode for cooking purpose in their canteen. This is the first kind of plant on hot gas mode installed for cooking purpose and boiler application.
