Arrya Hitech Energy (AHE) has been formed to provide turn-key
supply of biomass gasifier based power plants as well as
gasifiers for thermal applications. AHE takes credit for
implementing and running successfully for over three years
its sister concern Arashi Hi-tech Bio-power Private Limited.
Arashi is the single largest biomass gasifier based, grid-fed
power plant using technology from the Indian Institute of
Science, Bangalore and
feeding power to
the parent company Karur K.C.P. Packaging Limited an INR 2500
million company. With the hands-on experience gained over the
last 3 years in biomass gasifier operation, the group is now
poised to enter the renewable energy field in a big way. In
addition to Arashi, AHE has also been associated in the implementation
of two gasifiers in Jammu each of capacity 250 kW through their
associates Acclaim Technology Services, Chennai.
Facilities
AHE has comprehensive
in-house fabrication facilities. At present AHE is operating
partly from its own premises and partly from leased premises
on the outskirts. Both locations are well equipped to
manufacture the gasifier to meet stringent engineering
standards.
Services
AHE is a
one-stop-shop for biomass gasifier services. In addition
to supply of gasifiers for power and thermal applications
AHE can also undertake O&M services at the client’s
request. AHE offers assistance in integrating the same
with the client’s existing infrastructure to derive
maximum benefit and energy efficiency. AHE will also provide
a host of comprehensive support services such as facilitating
subsidy sanction and release, assistance in fuel linkage,
statutory clearances.
